It has been created to provide you with information about the mental health services that I provide to individuals and couples, including my specialties and background.
With over 25 years experience as a therapist, I have helped many people with a wide range of psychological issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship issues, creative and professional blocks,  trauma and life transitions. I have also developed a profound appreciation of the importance of creating a compassionate, safe, collaborative working relationship.

My office is conveniently located
in the Rockridge area of Oakland, near BART and Hwy 24, readily accessible to many areas in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and to San Francisco.
